HOW IT WORKS

1. Cultural Intake & Calibration
We begin with a system-level briefing on the org’s pressure points. Intake includes alignment surveys and context cues from peers and direct reports.

2. Live Diagnostic Interview
The subject undergoes a one-hour unscripted diagnostic with a Seeqer analyst. We’re not looking for answers—we’re tracking how they hold under live interpretive stress.

3. Peer Signal Scoring
We blend peer and report feedback into the diagnostic. Our model weights internal sentiment based on trust position, tenure, and conflict exposure.

4. Analyst Synthesis & Score
Your analyst scores each rubric using Seeqer’s behavioral pattern framework, including tone shifts, narrative construction, reflex patterns, and misalignment cues.

5. Debrief & Activation Session
