You don’t need another trend report. You need a method that holds up in the room. Culture University teaches strategists and consultants how to make their cultural reads measurable, repeatable, and impossible to ignore.
Culture University
Learn to prove what you already see.
You’ve been reading culture your whole career: feeling the shifts, catching the tone before anyone else names it. What’s been missing isn’t insight. It’s a credible language to back it up.
The Seeqer University exists to give strategists and creative operators a method for making cultural fluency measurable. Over five live weeks, we show you how to track the same forces that move markets: how narratives gain pressure, where alignment fractures, and why culture behaves like physics — with patterns you can read, predict, and design from.
“The HeartStream framework changed my whole rhythm with clients. I tripled my rate in three months.”
-Marcus, Brand Strategist
“Week three was the one for me. I finally had language for the burnout I was watching in our org.”
-Danielle, Senior People Partner
“This program gave me words for things I’ve been feeling for years. It’s like my intuition finally got a spreadsheet.”
-Sophia, Communications Director
Curriculum Overview
Week 1: How to See Like a Cultural Physicist
Learn to spot how people, stories, and systems shape what really happens inside your organization.
Week 2: Reading Weak Signals Under Pressure
Pick up on small shifts early and know which ones matter before they hit the dashboard.
Week 3: Diagnosing Cultural Stress and Resilience
See where teams or brands are cracking under pressure — and where they’re built to last.
Week 4: Narrative Power & Decay
Understand why some messages stick while others fade, and how to reframe them in time.
Week 5: Applied Cultural Briefings
Turn what you’ve learned into a short, practical report that moves decisions forward.
Each session runs 90 minutes live, once a week, with a mix of teaching, discussion, and hands-on application. Between sessions, you’ll complete short field exercises that turn the week’s concepts into real-world practice.
The 5 Weeks
Week 1 — How to See Like a Cultural Physicist
By the end of week one, you’ll know how to chart the informal system around your work: the people, processes, and stories that quietly drive decisions. You’ll be able to map pressure points, name how internal narratives form, and spot where alignment or confusion is costing momentum.
You’ll be able to answer questions like:
Where is work getting stuck that isn’t visible on the org chart?
Which relationships or routines actually hold influence here?
How do I show my team where our energy is leaking and why?
Week 2 — Reading Weak Signals Under Pressure
You’ll learn to track early indicators of change inside your organization or client base before they surface in metrics or reviews. You’ll practice documenting faint cues and packaging them as quick, credible updates that help teams course-correct early.
You’ll be able to answer questions like:
What small behaviors signal a bigger operational shift ahead?
Which trends in feedback or communication deserve escalation?
How can I brief leadership on an issue before it becomes urgent?
Week 3 — Diagnosing Cultural Stress and Resilience
You’ll be able to read when a team, brand, or project is reaching its limit; and when it’s quietly adapting well. You’ll run a short diagnostic that clarifies whether the problem is workload, alignment, leadership tone, or external noise.
You’ll be able to answer questions like:
What kind of pressure is this team actually under — strategic, emotional, or structural?
Where are we over-correcting instead of reinforcing what works?
How do I design interventions that strengthen stability without more meetings or memos?
Week 4 — Narrative Power and Decay
You’ll know how to track the stories shaping perception inside and outside the company — from brand messaging to internal comms. You’ll learn to tell when a story has peaked, how to retire it, and what new framing will keep teams and audiences aligned.
You’ll be able to answer questions like:
Which message is no longer landing with staff or customers, and why?
How do I re-introduce direction without causing whiplash?
What proof can I show that our current story is losing traction?
Week 5 — Applied Cultural Briefings
You’ll turn your observations into a clean deliverable — a three-to-five-slide briefing or one-page summary built for executives or clients. It becomes proof that you can read the room, name what’s happening, and suggest a concrete next move.
You’ll be able to answer questions like:
How do I explain what’s happening in a way decision-makers act on it?
What’s the simplest way to link people dynamics to business outcomes?
How can I demonstrate strategic insight without adding theory or jargon?
Structure
Five-week live cohort combining a 90-minute weekly seminar with a 60-minute applied lab. Each session blends teaching, discussion, and field application—what you learn on Wednesday can shape how you lead on Thursday.
Cohort
Kept intentionally small to preserve depth, conversation, and real feedback. You’ll work alongside peers who think like you do—strategists, researchers, and creative leaders building new language for their work.
