Learn to Read Culture Before the Rest of the World Notices

Culture doesn’t move in straight lines—it surges, fractures, and folds in on itself.

By the time a “trend” is visible, the deeper current has already shifted. Cultural Physics is the first field designed to measure those currents.

In this five-week live cohort, you’ll learn how to see cultural movement as it’s happening—through bodies, narratives, and institutions—and act with precision before the shift hits headlines or metrics.

Most professionals are trained to respond to change. Few are trained to anticipate it.

When you can identify the early signals—those faint but decisive shifts in tone, behavior, and alignment—you move from being a follower of trends to a designer of outcomes.

That’s the work of Cultural Physics.

How We Teach

This is not a passive lecture series. Each week blends:

  • Seminar-level theory — grounding you in the structural mechanics of culture

  • Live media analysis — applying frameworks to real-world events as they unfold

  • Applied labs — where you run diagnostics, build maps, and present findings

  • Peer exchange — sharpening interpretation through collective analysis

What You’ll Gain

By the end of this program, you will be able to:

  • Conduct a cultural field assessment in any context

  • Identify high-value signals and discard noise

  • Map collective synchronization using the HeartStream framework

  • Anticipate narrative and institutional shifts before they peak

  • Design interventions that align with cultural pressure instead of fighting it

Week 1 — Foundations of Cultural Physics

You begin by redefining “culture” not as trend or taste, but as shared perception over time. We’ll map the Three Domains—bodies, narratives, and institutions—and show how they interact to create the conditions for cultural change.

Week 2 — Signals and Perception Mechanics

Learn to separate signal from noise. We’ll work with the Signal Ladder, tracing how information moves through sensory, somatic, and cognitive channels—and why early-stage signals often appear faint, fragmented, or out of place.

Week 3 — The HeartStream

Step inside the phenomenon of collective synchronization—when people’s attention, emotion, and movement lock in together. Using live examples, we’ll learn to map cohesion in real time and identify the triggers that sustain or fracture it.

Week 4 — Narrative & Institutional Dynamics

Examine how stories gain—or lose—control over collective perception. We’ll study narrative control vs. counter-narratives, and explore how institutional forces either stabilize or accelerate cultural shifts. You’ll learn to read pressure and decay rates in any system.

Week 5 — Applied Cultural Diagnostics

In the final week, theory meets practice. You’ll run a live field analysis, apply every framework learned, and design predictive interventions—strategies built not to chase culture, but to move with it.
